chocolate pb swirled protein bar

chocolate pb protein barbro, do you even protein bar?
The only kind of protein bars I like are Quest Bars and the ones I make {obviously}. I haven’t made protein bars in a while but this time I was inspired {fyi, these won’t crumble :) }.
These are the five reasons why you should try this recipe:
– its protein packed
– it’s easy to make
– it has chocolate
– it has peanut butter
– and it’s delicious, trust me.

ingredients
¼ cup oat flour
¼ cup unsweetened almond milk
1 scoop of chocolate protein powder
1 whole egg
½ tsp baking powder
1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
30 drops of liquid stevia
1 tbsp peanut butter

instructions
1. Mix all ingredients minus the peanut butter until all ingredients are well incorporated.
2. Spray an 8×8 baking pan with oil and fill with the batter then add the peanut butter on top and swirl it around
3. Place in the oven for 20 minutes at 350. Once done, allow it to cool and consume!
